The plastic film formed by blow molding is subjected to biaxial stretching during processing, and its stretching ratio varies depending on the material, but is generally 2-3 times. Therefore, compared to injection molded plastic materials with the same amount of powder added, the density of blown film is much lower. The experimental results also indicate that even in injection molding, if the injection pressure and holding time can be well controlled, the density of injection molded products can be changed by 3-4% with the same formula and processing equipment.
