Plastic blow molding and hollow forming are one of the more common methods for shaping thermoplastic products nowadays. The plastic extrusion blow molding machine consists of mechanical system, electrical and pneumatic hydraulic system, heating and cooling system, etc. The mechanical system mainly consists of extruders, machine heads, and mold frames. Extrusion blow molding generally involves four processes:
(1) Extruded billet;
(2) Positioning and clamping the mold around the billet;
(3) If it is a container, the neck of the finished product must be formed or fixed;
(4) Introduce air or other media to blow the billet into the shape of the mold cavity, while cooling the finished product inside the mold.
